Air Conditioning Maintenance

Our annual air conditioning maintenance will take place once per year on the agreed equipment. This is a onetime cleaning and inspection. If your unit fails for any reason, there will be a service charge. We will perform the following:

  • Check thermostats and zones
  • Lubricate all open type bearings
  • Inspect belt wear and tension
  • Check operating pressures and temperatures
  • Check pressure switch and settings
  • Check voltage and amperage
  • Clean and check condensate drain
  • Clean or replace filter- not included in price
  • Check blower wheel (Removal and cleaning is extra)
  • Wash condenser coil
